Anyone familiar with mikuni carbs?

I put a vm-26 on my pit bike(has a lifan 150 in it) and could use some help with jetting it. First of all, where do I find them locally?

I have the bike to the point where it feels strong wide open but just cruising it kinda sputters, also first gear it coughs and farts then tags the rev limiter lol. Anyone know what else to try besides the main jet?

if it's running good on top, then you need to address the other circuits. here's a handy diagram to let you know where to look next

yessir, you can get a needle with a different taper, or change the tube the needle goes into (needle jet). the main jet screws into the bottom of the tube
