We are redoing our map for the sledding areas in Valemount this season to better show the caribou line work and area boundaries.

Im having trouble getting the good, usuable map images that I need.

Is there anyone here with extensive experience with this, that can provide an example of what they can do ? We have shape files from goverment that we can provide.

Please contact me here or better yet, at varda@valemount.com

Thanks
c

Curtis,

My ol' man deals with aerial photographs with his work quite a bit (civil engineering company in land development). I'll ask him if he can help out or knows of someone who can.

If you have mapping that shows existing terrain in a air photo or existing map I could combine the shape files from the Goverment to give 1 map showing the New Cariboo Boundary. The major problem is that the shape file will be in a certain mapping plane and the photo or existing map would not so it would take a bit of work to match the two together. I will also look into some good images or contour plans.
