95 Gmc 3500 with a 350 swapping to a 454

I'm in the process of this project and I've run into a few concerns that I would greatly appreciate any feedback on. First is I'm using all the 350 wiring. I've hooked all sensors up accordingly. Will I need to change the prom in the computer ? Also I've seen other 454s with a dual vaccum feed to the map sensor, one from throttle body and one from the intake. I've hooked ony the one up as it was on the 350. Will that register enough vaccum for proper fuel mixture? Also I had to modify the air cleaner for proper fit in doing so I had to remove the damper on the induction tube. How much will that effect cold start up? And lastly with the induction tube removed and the air cleaner open all the way around will it recieve enough fresh air for proper atomization?
