600 Etec

Buddy is looking to come to the mountains with us, he has a 08' 600 etec MXZ, it's essentially the TNT model as it has the 121" track. Question is will he need to be re jetted?

It won't be an etec, they came out in 2011, and yes he will have to jet it leaner.

The 600 Etec did not come out in 2011....they have been around since 2008.

600 ETEC came out in 09. He still wont have to do a thing with jetting though. If it's an SDI it will adjust to the altitude for you.

After checking back with him, I was wrong on the year it is an 09' so it will be the etec motor I'm assuming.

09 is etec yes. Either way, he's good to go.
