So how are the rear diffs holding up? I blew mine up at 300 miles. Replaced with a commander rear diff, no issues after 200 miles. What are you guys doing about the low beam lights? My 29.5 outlaws keep breaking the back of the bulb. Thinking on removing the low beam lights? What are you guys doing about the steering bushing issue? Mine is getting little noisy?

One other quick question. I blew a belt with close to 500 miles. I have the qsc/bombi cut secondary for clutching. Should I upgrade to the STM secondary?

I had the cv tech clutches done by airdam, they worked well but were quite aggressive, and on the diffs I went through 2 and then sold the machine! good luck

mine's on it's way out on my 2012. I'm going to go with the maverick rear diff, my friend did his with some minor fabricating. mav diff is cheaper than the 14 XMR/commander diff too. weird

stock diff on left, mav diff on the right.

When you build your prices to fit the Mav diff. Make a few sets. I'm interested in that.

I see. I was thinking that would be real snug in my outlander. Just installed mine on the weekend

it's $874 to buy the mav diff, stock axles will go into it. have to get the yoke and wear ring as well. stock XMR outlander/'14 commander diff is $1062

Interesting. More demand I guess. I did the pinion gear. 182 dollars. All balls bearing and seal kit 110 dollars. It lasted 2000 km so not horrible. Might have to look into the Mav diff next time. Are the Mav gears straight cut?

no, they are helical cut. way quieter than the straight cut gears like my stock commander diff. the XMR diff is helical cut as well, I rode in sumx54's '14 commander at the jamboree and his was waaay quieter than mine.
