2011 HCR Fox Rear Shock Pressure

I weigh around 230lbs. As for riding conditions not planning anything in the mountains yet. Just sledding around central AB fields and up and down the hills around our local river valley. The manual recommends 135 - 145 psi for the rear shock pressure. What would be a recommended pressure to start out with for my weight and riding conditions? Thanks!

i would say 140..think theyre good for 150 but cant exactly remember.

I think max pressure recommended is 150. I weigh 165 and I run my rear shock at about 130-135 on my 2010 M8. I think you would need to run at least 140-145.
