2010 M8 boondockers turbo

I have a boondockers pump gas turbo kit with intercooler, boost controller and fast acting EGT's. I have a really bad bog at 5900rpm when it starts to build boost and when i jump out of the throttle. This weekend i couldn't build rpm's or boost this week at 10000 to 12000ft. I'm very frustrated and would like some suggestions to cure my problems.

What kind of fuel are you running in it? Stock head or not so stock head? What is your egt or A/f gauge telling you hot or cold? It almost sounds like when the boost comes on its being fed to much fuel.
