Dr. John in Kelowna just finished mine last weekend and we tuned it on Sunday. Vurtually spot on with little adjustment from the shop. The EBC system is slick once you get it figured out how it is designed to work.

Dr. John has installed 20 - 30 BD turbos in the last three years. He knows what he is doing!

Have a look on boondockers site. Looks like the pics there. Very clean. Cant even tell there is a turbo on it till it hits the hill or you lift the hood and point out the turbo where the suitcase used to be, and the intercooler where the airbox used to be. Very quiet with the new muffler dumping in the tunnel.

Still rocks after a few hundred miles!

Just got it done today man it runs nice. At home 6.5 psi boost runs like a top vary clean , told my custmer to run stright AV gas and we will run it at 10 to 12 psi in the hills. All in all good install still had to fab some stuff to make it better but thats how it goes.

Just added a holtz skid/2.5"extreme camoplast 163 and popped the air intake out the hood @ 12psi on av gas. I think i'm going to have longer arms at the end of this season. Thanks Chrisco for clean flawless install.:beer::perfect10::Snowmobile1:

I'm not sure how it compares to race fuel but i do know it is cheaper($1.40/L) and is 100 motor octane at elevation. I had the head cut this year after running at 8.5 psi
on straight av gas and every thing looked good in the motor. Rode it this year for a couple of hours before my riding partners sled blew a head gasket, and at 12 psi and had no issues with hitting the detonation light the only issue is holding on.

Just pmd ya all 3 dragons are on av gas at 12 psi with the head cut. I just swapped my moter out with a new one with 300km on it, mine had 3200 MILES on it. 2000 miles at 12 psi and was all good the crank had some runout on it but other than that all good. Im in vailmount now and prem gas is a 1.25 pr liter the av gas was 1.50 in stony plain so its a good deal.

Here's some pic's of the turbo in the shop after all the work was complete she is a little dusty but rode at Christmas with two other Dragon turbo's and they all ran flawless other than smackin a couple of bolder's. All in all this thing is very impressive.
