Does anybody have a soft copy of the repair and maintenance manual for a 2003 Summit 800 HO that they'd be willing to send me?

ebay u can pick up cd manuals for a few bucks then print off whatever u need

not sure if you are familiar with using torrents or not, but here is a link to a torrent for a 2002 skidoo shop manual (all models). i just downloaded it today and it is very good. (you will need to use frost wire, or Utorrent to download the torrent). or let me know what section you want and i can email it.
