Hi, I was wondering if anybody had the specs for max rpm for this type of sled? It has no power and tops out at 40 miles an hour did a compression test,fuel pressure check and they checked out ok. 
Would wrong plugs be the problem there is ngk in it now and they recommend champion, so any info would be great Thanks.
