Buddy has this sled and was trying to replace the upper bushing.
In Arctic Cats greater wisdom they decided to encapsulate the mounting bolts for this bushing right into the fuel tank.
A very retarded engineering design I must say.
Well, when he tried to remove the nuts securing the bushing assembly to the fuel tank, one of the bolts spun inside the tank.
Anyone have this problem before and what was your fix?
