My 99 formula starts fine and idles good. And runs ok up to about 7000 rpm. Starts to skip really bad hard to describe the sound it makes sounds like its skipping kinda. new plugs, coil, and the carbs have been cleaned. any ideas?

x2 on the DESS Key. I have a 98 Summit that was missing at high rpm's (High Vibration). It turned out the ridge that holds the DESS key onto the post was worn and causing loss of contact. A new key fixed it right up!
