09 800r into 07 800r chassis

im installing a 09 800r into a 07 summit 800r chassis but ran into a snag. The wiring coming from the magneto on the 09 motor are different then my 07 wiring harness. so what im trying to figure out is whats the group of 4 wires on the second plug is for? the wire colours are white, grey, blue/white stripe and teal/yellow stripe. the other plug(red/blue stripe and black wire) im going to spliced into the 09 plug so i can use the 09 voltage regulator but dont know what to do with the second plug. i might have to get a 07 magneto just wondering if anyone else has attempted this? thanks

ya just bolted the 07 motor plate to the 09 block fits just like a 07 motor just the wiring is abit different wondering if i can cut and splice to make it work or do i have to go ahead and spend the money on a 07 magneto and voltage regulator?
