07 outlander 500

hello all. im about to buy a 2007 outlander 500 it only has 30 miles and 6hrs of use. ive never owned a canam before was always a honda guy but for $4500 i feel like i cant pass on this deal. just wondering if there are any issues with this model or certain things i should look for? i can do fluid changes and stuff like that myself but with the low hrs do i need to bring this into a dearler at a certain point for a first service or adjustments? thanks for all your help dave

After so many hours, a "service soon" message comes on the display that can only be cleared by the dealer. Doesn't affect performance though.

Great quad. Get skid plates of you are going in the rocks.

Sounds like a great deal! I don't think you should pass it up. The first service should be at 10hours (a message will come up on the display) and I think the next service is at 50 hours. And the Service Soon message will be taken care of by the dealer.

I bought an 07 650 this past year as my first quad and I love it. I would recommend putting on the skid plates as well.
