06 kodiak HELP

Hey there, looking for a any diagnosis on my 06 kodiak 400, this thing just runs for about 3min then just stalls out, sounds like carb is starving for fuel along with rough idle. it has a new plug, new air filter. check fuel - good flow and has spark !!!!!!!!! any ideas would be great.

how did you determine fuel has good flow, like from the tank to the carb? did you remove and clean the carb as well?

Is the choke stuck on or something?.. Gotta ask these things.

ok. cleaned carb out, choke now works backwards, high idle when choke off, cleaned carb again, now high idle all the time .dont know.
