I have a 2004 Polaris switchback that has been converted from a 700 to 800 engine. The sled runs fine on the trails but as soon as it hits powder the engine immediately cools and begins to sputter and foul spark plugs. I have tried restricting the flow of coolant as well I have changed out the thermostat neither of which has solved this problem.
Im hoping someone could shed some light on something I maybe overlooking.
