02 pipe same as 03

Is the stock pipe from an 02 800 Polaris the same pipe as on an 03 Vertical Escape 800???

Reason I ask is I am selling my 03 SLP pipe to a guy that has an 02 - I need a stock pipe and wondering if his will work. Same motor right with same mounts?
