About 20 miles ,I think , below the big falls on the Kakwa there are another set of falls, just above where the South Kakwa river comes in, thats where we were headed for yesterday. Went onto the Kakwa downstream at Lynx creek, went upstream on Kakwa for about 21 kms, day got short ,turned around. Beautiful trip, crossed Kakwa 4 times, were at the 5 th crossing. Talked to guys who been in there they said we were right below the South Kakwa mouth, damn. Goin back soon, should be no sweat getting to the falls next time , as long as water doesn't rise a lot.
