well today was testing day.... tested two new exhausts for HMF...full exhausts that are redesigned and new cans....
you always learn on the dyno..... testing the silver can which has a new 2.5 inch core in it.. we made 3/4 of a rwhp less then the standard core size or 2 1/8....
we also made 1.6 rwhp more when we put the spark erester in the end... not a quiet core... it robbed 2 hp...lol
so with retuning the clutches a bit we basically got 5 rwhp by running a non equal length header and HMF standard core size can.....
we tested one new cam that is Kevins design... and only got 1.5 rwhp out of it...BUT got 3 ft lbs of torque out of it..
so by just doing a header and dfferent can and cam we got 7 rwhp more then base run....
I made 86 last December in the winter... she is another beast now again! and all on HMF and Get Torqed's dime... I was was the test mule....
love it! never enough....lol
