Hello I am new to the forum, I have a friend with a mud pro 700 and its been a discussion lately on what a person could do with the clutching on it. Has anyone ever used the clutch kit that EPI offers and if so what are the results?

Thanks

if you can find one, go with a Papa Slap Clutch Kit..... he is no longer making them but used to machine down the clutches to get better engagement out of them.

The other one you may want to look into is the speedwerx kits. Echo Cycle is the local Speedwerx Distributor.

Papa_slap just does clutch machining the same as AIRDAM. PSC is still doing clutches. They both do good work for not much more than an off the shelf kit. They will also tune your clutches to your riding style, tire size etc.

A buddy just had his clutches done. He said he was getting out of it but I think he had a falling out with another forum and didn't want to pay sponsorship fees.
He still answers emails so who knows.
