Ok so my commander has 1400 km on it I have done the oils on it as it states in the book. Had it out about a month ago and got a little bit of dirt in the belt case and thought that's why it wasn't moving right. So I take it all apart clean it up and go for a drive and it does the same thing ( When I let off the gas it clunks and locks up the tires ) But this time it doesn't go forward again . Strong smell of gear oil no evidence of a leak drive shaft doesn't spin but engine revs. So I'm pretty sure I have blown the transmission. Flash back to the first time I brought it in for a warranty job I told them I smelt gear oil and they said it was normal (its on the recipit) its now a month out of warranty I haven't talked to them yet since they haven't been open. So has anyone else had this problem ? and do you think i can get it done under warranty because of there lack of investigation the first time I asked them to check it ?

If your dealer won't help you contact brp directly sometimes they will pull some strings if its just a month

yep, i know my dealer has done exactly that for more than a few customers. 9 times out of 10 when a person isn't happy with a machine that is a problem, it's the dealer not stepping up.
