GOOD LUCK on a quick recovery for you..........Old boys like us need to stick to mud......lol . Look on the bright side,if you were riding a Popo you woulda been really flattened...........HeHehe !!!!

Wouldn't have been able to get that much speed Nevill! Still be waiting for him to get up the hill!

slowly it goes.....still in some great pain.. mainly in the whole upper body... hard to sleep but seem to get a pinch easier every day...

Hi guys.... well a little over 4 weeks now and things are getting better day by day but in no means am i good yet.. still taking T3's at night when i lay down....the whole chest hurts front and back.. shoulder is getting better and still some time to go to get the lower arm healed up too..they say 6 weeks for bones to heal.. then well i was hoping to be ridin again around x mas... seen the doc today actually and he just smiled at me when i said that.. i wonder what that meant? ...lol
