not if you're waiting for parts. axles, diffs, and motors seems to be weak points. when they run they kick ass though, by far the quickest and sportiest machine out there. just typical polaris reliability if you're pushing it hard.

Must be why they(RZRS) win about 99% of the GNCC,ironmam,King of the hammers,ETC , ETC, races i would guess.............Or they out sell ALL other sxs combined by a huge margin................It`s pretty strange you know all these people that have blown motors on their 900, yet i have never seen a post ever on here about blown motors.Considering how many rzrs are out there ,if they have all this trouble . You would think the boards on here would be full of people trying to sell used 900`s ????????????? YET ,i see lots of LOW mile commanders for sale, why is that.........Do you think? lol

I personally think the RZR is an awesome machine and have a ch!t load of bros that beat them to near death every time they go out, and have yet heard them bitch. Im still torn though myself on what to purchase, BUT RZR is on top of my list thus far.

I'm sure they are fine once you drop a chitload of cash on 'em to make them durable enough to race...lol.

lol....find where I ever posted that I know of "all these people that have blown motors"....I stated one that I know of....and I was there. so I saw it with my own eyes. blowed up real good, and no parts to fix it because (the dealer told him) they have a problem with getting top end stuff, because his isn't the only one that blowed up. so they are giving him a new motor.

so when someone has trouble with a machine the first thing they do is sell it? I've seen posts on this forum and others about broken axles and diffs. people are buying the rzr for the same reason they are buying up can am quads, even though they whine about having to replace the frame when they smash it....it's the best performer out there right now, so they will just keep on fixing them. I sure haven't seen a glut in the market for used 1000X commanders, and I have been watching. there's more in the US for sale than in Canada for sure.

well said! I have own Polaris quads for the past since they first came out. I remember everyone laughin at the for using floor boards instead of foot pegs, now everyone uses floor boards. Yes Polaris has had come along ways, but Polaris seems to also always improve from year to year. This year I was looking at getting a s by s, Initially I was going to get the cammander 800 or 1000, I almost fell into the HP trap, you know (the higher the HP, the better the machine) It was a difficult decision at first, but after realizing handling and suspension are ore important. I wasn't looking for a dragster. so I made the right choice (for me) Polaris rzrs le. What a fun machine this is!!!, I loved my sportsman 800, but the rzr s le is much more run to ride.
