made myself some GREASEABLE ball joints. I think it will double the life (I hope) Takes about 10 minutes a joint and you have to be very carefull drilling (and not sparing the grease on the drill bit to catch the cuttings)

That is one great idea ,them things do dry out in a hurry !!!I have a syringe and pull the boot back and inject grease ,this is way better, way to go.....

Well today I installed polaris front spring adjusters and took it the machine for a SHORT ride (It was 0 here with a -20 windchill). I gained 1.75" of ground clearance on the front and with them stiffened up it handles amazing. they take most of the body roll out of the front when cornering and no more nose diving when I let off the throttle or hit the brakes!:beer:

i stood the yfz on its grab bar, removed the oil drain plug and reinstalled it with a copper oring so it wasnt leaving oil spots all over my garage grrrrrrrrrr.

Should probably take it for a wash and tighten up the springs. Also thought about placing an order on a gear reduction.

Got around to making my roof today ,now just have to paint it. Should stand up well as it is 1/4 puck board . Should add some integrity to the cage as well with 7 mounting points .
I added a few pics of snorkels line ran into the cage ,for a few who were asking......

I melted my plastic skid plate while melting the ice build up on my a arms with the herman nelson..... lol yipes, what a ritard.. Why is that grase dripping from there? That's not grease...that's melted plastic..ugh

Yeah , getting to right temp is the hard part...lol My heat gun sucked ,but my acy. torch worked great...
