Bought 2008 Griz 700 and want to upgrade tires. Looking at either 27" Swamplites or 27" Pirrelli Mudwisers. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I currently run 27" Swamplites on my 2006 650 H1 so I know how they are but have no idea on the Pirrelli's. I mostly ride in East Kootenays in some mud and alot of climbing.

Thanks for the quick reply but I'm not a big fan of mudlites as they seem to puncture too easily. Pirrelli is basically same tread but reviews say better puncture resistance, although I don't know anybody that has ran them.

maybe look at some 589s or xtr's. I had mudbuggs they wear a really good tire too, I now run 27'' mudlites they seem really good good in the muskeg, seem better then my Buggs for skeg, float better.

I ended up buying 26" swamp Fox Plus. They look nasty but I haven't had a chance to try them(that damn work thing keeps getting in my way)
