2012 Polaris Sportsman-Transmission

My sister had the tranny on her 400 Sportsman start going on her on our last ride of our trip. Sounds like the chain tensioner is gone and the chain is skipping on the gears. Hope we caught it before too much damage was done. But i will ask here if anyone might have a line on a used transmission in good shape, maybe parting out a machine?

Didn't find the Poo parts, but I find a crap load of stuff for my wife's TRV and my XT! Gonna bookmark that place for sure!

You're best to rebuild that one, a used one might be on it's last legs. I can rebuild it here at my shop, I'm in Sylvan Lake though. Probably a few shops in Ed that can rebuild it. Let me know if I can help.

Thanks for the offers guys. BIL tor it apart in no time.
As suspected, stretched chain, tensioner had nothing left in it. Almost $600.00 in parts and she'll be back on the trails!
