Camping Edmonton

Hi all
We are new to Edmonton and am looking some camping places where we can camp and ride
Im not familiar with the camping areas out west
Any help would be great

there are alot of great places hwever someone else may have to chime in for actual directions...
west of edson about 20kms then north on the south swanson rd for 5 0r 6 kms there is a staging area and lots of great trails
if you follow 752 south west of rocky mountain house you will come to many random camping areas (past outwest campground) however outwest campground and the 752 campground at the bottom of the hill are both great and atv freindly (can ride from your trailer)
brazeu dam seems popular however its been awhile and cant recall how to get to the spillway
about 5kms past the cresent falls entrance (west of nordegg) is the access to bighorn dam and there is great riding there as well( doesnt open till july i believe but double check)
these are a few i am sure others will chime in with many more

Closer in there is also Redwater northeast of Edmonton, and Alder Flats at the west end of highway 13, both have a large staging area that you can camp in.

Medicine lake & Drayton valley have lots of nice camp spots & close by too!

Working full time part of the rat race every morning
Going to Lloyd his week end to pick up the trailer and the quad
