Be good for racing and dunes. If you have ever sat in one, I think anyone would agree that they would be a pain on the trails. Zero visibility.

Similar to a wildcat , I didn't see any issues ...
seat can be raised too. Plus you need to see a lot better in the desert & dunes at 70 mph , than our trails . Granted you sit lower though .
Great suspension and what a motor though ...

I'm 6'1 and when I sat in it all I could see was dash and hood. Can't see the front tires for obstacles and a lot of open access to parts I think would get damaged. But man would I like to try one.

Yes, my good friends i know, Dustin Jones and Dustin Henderson of S3 powersports also race pro as factory racers for can am. They run a X3 also. Was talking with Dustin down at Mud Nats again end of March here and they where talking about the world championships to me. I have not checked, but i see they did not win. Wonder how they did. I will have to talk to them to get the low down. i see Murray Racing did not win either. There are so many teams now on the X3 so its anyones call to win these events.

I got to ride a X3, it had the stage one performance package down to it. 150 rwhp i believe.. cant remember exact hp figures but let me tell you, if i was into sxs, i would be getting a X3 HANDSDOWN. It is sooo much fun to drive and so comfortable. I think it would be great for trail riding. One of my friends that came down with me to texas here was with me when we took the X3 out. We rode for about an hour with the machine. took it all over the place. Nothing else at the moment compares and the X3 if now so far ahead of the compeitition its not even funny. Love it !

These guys seem to crash a lot ....
They definitely don't hold back ...
Nice to see some of the better drivers switching over to X3s....
I can't believe how many desert / dune riders are switching from a rzr to an X3 ,what a huge market that must be & very lucrative!
Talking to a few guys down south, it seems like the sales on the x3 are mind numbing , taking over like ...
Absolutely ,a great machine .

I can't believe how many we sell at our shop. The Defender and X3 have definately boosted sales for us in the side by side market.

Haha. They always get better ...
Though there are some things I like about the old one better for our trails ,
Wheelbase / fenders etc ...
But the X3 is cutting edge ...for sure !

Give it a rest .... we get your point !
Repeating the same thing over and over just makes you look simple ...
We get your point , without multiple talking points , on rewind .

By God you were right , it does make you look simple. Who knew ??

Better to look simple ,than go around posting on all my threads to actually prove it ...
Does this mean you won't take us up on an offer to ride ?
Move back to troll some one else , as no one really wants to listen to your self righteous , nonsensical BS on this thread .....

LOL, No they'd probably far more listen to a self righteous, egotistical, self absorbed, moronic blowhard like you, bleat on and on about the same topic, right ? Lots of tolerance on here for your know it all BS and self serving opinions from the nice PC crowd. Me, I just think you're a self centred blowhard. Have a nice day !

This thread is about the utv world championships, if you have anything to add to it ... feel free ....

Is that really that hard to grasp ?
For some one who constantly tries to antagonize me , and wears out a dictionary to insult me ... one has to ask himself ... WHY do you keep reading my posts then ? If I bother you that much ... PLEASE , stop reading my posts & put me on your ignore list !

Hope I don't have to repeat that .. again . Lol
Cheers & see you on the trails ....

Aww, buttercup, you don't bother me at all , just voicing my opinion. Forum celebrity's like yourself have to expect some criticism, probably just envy and jealousy . LOL (Sorry You had to look up some words)

And back to OP , seems like the X3s are working better in the mud than many had predicted they would ...

Lots of power & and wheel travel !
Along with an abundance of rotax turbo power

Where do most of your clients ride the X3 Ken?
I know the last guy that bought was taking it to Arizona to his place down there to ride in the desert Mark. Not sure on all the others as Lucas has sold them all and I wasn't there.

The xds is 64 " wide so no different width wise than the last generation mavs ..
The xrs is 72 and more suited to desert / dunes ...
But there are a lot of places up here as well it would be a blast ....I am sure .

Nice to see a few more choices now in the high end utv sport segment !
