I was at the dealer yesterday picking up a windshield for the defender and I sat in the x3 in the showroom...these things are the sh*t. I'm 6'7" and literally can not fit in any sport sxs comfortably does not matter make or model. This thing has so much space with all the adjustments in the seat I can actually sit in this machine and it just feels right. Needless to say the salesman is going to let me demo it next time I'm there...probably not a good idea! It is only 2" wider than my defender and I believe 11" longer so not a big difference in where it could fit trail wise. Was looking into a 2016 but would have to cut out dash plastics to make my knees fit...which I would hate to do to a new toy. I'm thinking I may have to wait till the x3 comes down in price a bit though

The X3 are a lot of coin , but also a lot of machine ...
People realize to build something with that kind of power & suspension, it would cost way way more than the X3 does ...
I know lots of guys with 35 to 45 k into there machines , and not in the same league as an X3 .
They are the real deal ...
