Why do you have to always drop the skid plate? Cleaning or is the where you put in the magical dust?

Rule 6.712
Drop skid plate after high speed riding
1: remove pixie dust
2: remove dust accumulation as it swirls under the machine at high speeds
2. remove sticks and rocks that fly up during high speed
4. remove bone and skin from Idiot who called you a Pussy and said Just Pin it.......( refer to u tube video arff run over)
