Being a dealer for Suzuki and other brands since 92 , the reliability I don't believe was ever in question, I believe all Japanese manufacturing has been struggling, facts

their products last
they don't have industry leading models and haven't since 07 08 ,,,,, will they bring out a big bore, not likely imo
why because the 1000 850 cc are not the models that sell the most or are in such high demand,
700 750 are their staple units as are 500 cc group, so as a manufacturer to look at the data they are cautious
too much so sometimes, but they keep selling..... They are losing market share, but I'm hopefully they will pull out
the rabbit ....sooner than later

just my 2 bits

i think at this point it can only be called later, and have a sinking feeling that if we see anything, it might just be another side by side

I for one will buy another suzuki, haven't had any real issues short of the dealer not installing the oring on the drum when they did their warranty service. Haven't had any frame issues with it and I beat the hell out of it. The guys with the Can-ams have had lots of issues in our group. We have 2 that both twisted and broke frames, one with a fawked tranny, front driveshaft fell out of it and timing chain snapped in the other. We all have close to the same Km's on them. Can't say anything about Polaris as nobody has one in our group. Got a honda and yamy they haven't had any issues short of there tendency to think they are submarines every ride, but can't really blame the quad for that.

So when is Suzi bringing out a 1000cc machine? You know...one with enough jam to twist driveshafts and break stuff.....

Before everyone jumps in and says this is a BASHING thread ,let me say this...........The facts are suzuki has cut back to 4 adult size quads, all of which are VERY outdated by todays standards.....They have not seen any real significant changes in half a dozen years !

They do not produce a SXS,which is pretty well mandatory to stay competitive with the other brands today.....They are loosing market share daily. These are facts ,not opinions.

No one is "bashing " the Suzuki`s, they make a good reliable bike. The OP was wondering about a large (competitive ???) new big bore 4x4. The consensus is that Suzuki is winding down, NOT cranking up performance in there line up !!!

I think what most people on here find amusing is the reference to the 750 king quad having more torque than a large Canam/Popo (800 to 1000cc) That is akin to saying my ford ranger outpulls my chipped cummins diesel.......!!!

In short,If you make ridiculous statements on here be prepared for likewise responses to them.

didn't think the frame would survive jumping, front end gets a little skittish just trail riding let alone jumping it, hmm guess i never new you might get better traction with less air in the tires. good info. You do know that you are not allowed to have ATVs or UTV"s in the pluz zones out west with more than 16 psi in tires! that is against the law out there. FYI read the regulations, don't think it is enforced though lol

Where are these regulations? Post up a link cause I looked all over the esrd site and couldn't find anything about regulations with OHV.

no idea why we would have any idea on suzi upgrades!!

thinking ol robeg, should get on the horn to suzuki and make his demands heard. he obviously needs more power, go to the top rob eg go to the top.
