Some time seems to cange at the point of when I am pulling hard up hill or in the mud. Totally comfused. The TPS shows good, new fuel, have redielectic greased everthing. Can any one help with the next place to look? thanx.

what all mods have been done to your king? Did you pull your threottlebody off, give it a good cleaning? To me it sounds like a dirty throttlebody, especially where the ISC valve goes in. pull it, inspect, isc's/throttle plate usually cant perform properly if there all carboned up.

If you can check spark, compression and fuel pressure.

Have you ever ran a bottle of fuel injector cleaner or sea foam through your fuel system??

If you take it to the dealer, get them to hook it up to the Suzuki diagnostic program. I've found many problems with my Diag. software. Im also a suzuki tech.
I've also found that the tps can still read good, but it sticks, giving you a crap idle, hard starting.

Try this, get it to idle, rev it up, and if it doesnt want to idle properly, keep blipping the throttle. does it come back to normal idle after its been blipped?
The diagnostic software will show the tps degree angle at idle(27 dgrees, wot should be at 108 degrees, i think) and it should return to 27 degrees when the motor comes down to idle. If it stays up at a high degree angle, tps is sticking, causing the machine to fall on its face.
Good luck with your findings and let us know of the progress,.

no mods to the quad as far as engine is concerned. cleaned the throttle body it was a little dirty put some seafoam in the tank a topped up the fuel.

took it for a short ride yesterday seems good but need a longer ride to tell anything for sure. Get back to you when the weather warms enough to give it a good test.

thanks
