bought a king quad 750 awhile back and it got stolen with less then 400km on it. I ended up getting another one but this time I got T&t powersports to install the streetbike injector, vdi, epi clutch kit, and 27" swamplites. With the extra mods i was hoping to gain alot more power but it honestly feels like it has less then the stocker I had before. I know the tires will take some of the power, but even with the clutch kit it has trouble spinning the tires. With the injector and vdi i was told I could run with the vtwins but that isnt even a possibilty right now. I just want to know if i should be getting more out of my bike with these mods, or should i be downsizing the tires and looking for more performance mods:rolleyes:

I would say you should be talking to the good folks at T&T first before you talk to any of us seeing as they have done the work for you.

Give them a call, tell them your concerns, Im sure they will have answers for you.

yes we did have some that had to have the throttle position sensor adjusted, we had really good luck with that vdi setup. call and talk to mark, occasionally we get a
vdi box that doesnt take the program well and has to be reset..

gives us a call and we will do what we can for ya for sure...

there is no need to clutch a KQ 750 if you're only running 27's....
my 700 turns 27" zilla's like nothing, make sure your charging circuit output it above 12V, its something you just have to check on KQ's, then if you already have some sort of alt fuel mapping you should look at doing the intake sensor relocate and get a dang pipe on that thing

Personally i'm going the aftermarket ECU route, a little more money but far more flexible and i can tune it myself

and then i looked at the date

27" Zillas ARE nothing. They run 26" tall and lighter than a stock Dunflop.

as i pointed out in that other what tire thread over yonder, people dont properly inflate their tires, 10 psi will get the lugs on zilla's standing properly

apparently 18 was way too intense, didn't want to rock anyone's world veiw and cause someone to have a premature midlife crisis or something
zilla's and similar bias ply tires require high psi to avoid side rolling while cornering, let me remind you the max psi of a zilla is indeed 36 psi

i dont know where this silly trend of putting "only 6-7" psi in ATV tires started but it seems like people are far too concerned with having a "nice ride" which i find endlessly perplexing.

The reason you put low psi in atv tires is you get a much better footprint and traction if you are riding on high speed trails then higher is fine

never hurts to read the manual, 36 psi max pressure is to set the bead while installing tire. you can have tire damage with more pressure, and while doing your high speed maneuvers have a blow out.

Roby is right , he merely forgot to divide the 36 lbs
By 4 tires rather than 1......
