has anyone changed o'rings on their fuel check valve? It's a harley and what was once a drip is now a stream of fuel. I"m not happy as I changed my whole check valve last year. Are those orings annual changes?

any advice or help greatly appreciated. if you have one of those fancy tools to change orings I would be happy to bring some beer for a 'demonstration'.

thanks.

So to update, simply replacing the lower o-ring in the female part of the coupler solved the drip. although harley doesnt sell it seperately, its the same as the cylinder dowel pin o-ring (part #. 11273).

$1.50 and we are back in business.

a small pick to get the old one out (it appeared to have shrunk) and some silicone spray to slip the new one in the grove.

Good to know. I have had my tank off the bike quite a few times. My air filter is in the fuel tank and a bit of a pain to check. No leaks so far.
