We rode around Keep Hills power plant, then North past Stanger staging area. And east to a small restaurant (can't remember name of little town)

Made for a nice day. Quiet backroads, pavement was in good shape not very rough.
Sounds like probably the Darwell restaurant and bar.

Rode out to the Sunnybrook Hotel and Bar last week. Nice little pub. The food was great and the beverages were nice and cold. It was a hot day so the cool rest was appreciated. We needed fuel on the way home so stopped in Millet at Leanne's which is always good as well.

The Village at Pigeon Lake is always a nice stop as well. The restaurant there is now called "Chef N" I believe. It has really improved since it is under new ownership. The food and the service are great!

Rode out to Big Willy's Bar at the Heisler Hotel last evening after work. Its the second time I've been there and was once again impressed! The food was great again and the staff, other patrons, and owner were all great. Its well worth the ride!

Did a good ride yesterday. Met my brother in Wetaskiwin, headed west on 13 to 22, toured Mameo, Winfield and Buck Lake. Lunch at Buck Lake golf course, south to 53(we wanted to go to Rocky, but truck traffic was crazy), east on 53 and south on 766? to Highway 12, through Sunset Hills and a beer at the Monkey Top in Bentley. Blue skies and no wind to Bentley. Heavy smoke near Ponoka on way home on 2A.

I keep that one in mind. Sounds like a great mid week ride.

Highway 53 east from 22 is a boring ride. We started early so not much was open at Mameo Beach. Next time I might go west of Leduc and head south west of Calmar to Pigeon Lake.

Monday rides ? we are closed Mondays and ride a lot anywhere from 200-600 km . any one want to meet up we leave b ville at 9am A&W I would certainly not be opposed to meeting somewhere in the middle or where... let me know if anyone is interested ? Ardmore has a quaint little pub "porkies" somewhat biker bar style but family if your dragging a younger rider along, wed steak nights is popular but they have diff specials every nite.... let me know ride safe
