Sold my old RZ500 yesterday to a young fellow who has wanted one for a long time. The Harley is down at the dealership waiting on the decision if it is a write-off. Is it ever strange to have no bikes where there should be two. The KingCat is getting lonesome out there. I had the Yam for almost 20 years, so that was a hard decision to part with it. I did have one longer, though. I bought an Ossa Pioneer when I was in high school and sold it last spring. Had it 38 years. Maybe I'm a hoarder, LOL.

I know how you feel.....well sort of. I dont hurt. I just sold my Harley, old quad and old sled. Have the two quads stored and now the garage feels so empty. I did pick up a new bike to replace the old but is is half the size so doesnt take up much room. I like having the extra room in the garage.

What kind of bike are you thinking of getting?

some people seem to keep changing bike on every other year and buying them as well, but some bikes or vehicles are to close to us to negotiate being without them i can know how it feels ... as even i have sold a bike that was passed on to me right from my grand father.

When all the smoke clears from this accident, I am pretty sure I will replace the XR1200 with another one. Such a nice bike to ride. Once you go Harley, you can't go back, LOL.
