Well the season has ended for me, put the bike away, battery out etc...it's sledding season boys & girls.

Went for a ride the weekend before last. Intended to get out to Fernie, made it to Cranbrook before turning around. WAY too cold.

Fark it, I'll stuff it in the corner, it's sled season! At least out sledding I anticipate being cold.

my ultra classic is put away nice and warm in the shop, even though its sled season i still go out and visit her every couple days lol

Seen a guy heading south on highway 2 on Boxing Day. You have to wear too much crap to ride this time of year.
Reminded me to go out and run the bike just for fun.

Early season bike rides are just like early season mountain riding - very good chance you'll be buying parts due to conditions, differences are that pavement is harder then snow, and I've never seen a moose or another sledder texting while operating a vehicle... If the sled season is over, we need some rain to wash the sand off the highway...
