New tires and front engine mount should be done today.
And drive it home.

Finally got the Harley out for a ride the other day. Then got the dirt bike out. 3 months not being able to wear a helmet is torture!

Finally got a decent rip on the XRV650, can’t believe what a cool old bike it is.

Nice, i actually have a demo ride on Saturday on a new 2018 African Twin 1000, what you think of this bike?
Looking into replacing my GS approaching 60,000miles.
Going to be comparing with a new/used GS 1200.

I'd like to try one with the DCT, probably make it forgiving in the tight stuff. Hoping Yamaha doesn't mess the new 700 Tenere up too bad buy making yet another heavy, expensive ADV bike. Prototype looks good: https://www.yamahamotorsports.com/adventure-touring/pages/yamaha-tenere-700-prototype

I will find out tomorrow on the Honda, i have both the DCT version and standard version to try.
I had looked at the Tenere and it wasn't my first choice.
The 3 i'm most interested in is the BMW 1200gs, KTM 1190 adventure R, Ducati Multistrada 1200.
I got talked into the demo on the African twin, so it will be interesting. It is easier on the pocket book then the other three but one big prerequisite is it needs to be capable of carrying all my gear and passenger. Doubling the wife on long hauls. I know the BMW does this extremely well, so does the Multistrada.
