Went to the dealership to pickup my 2012 XF800 high country in Grande Prairie having get some work done on it( piston and rings went out at 200 miles, but thats a different story). When I got to the dealership they told me that somebody picked it up 15 minutes before I arrived. If anybody in th GP area sees a XF800 on a white F350 on a trailer its probally mine

I tend to agree... the dealership f@@ked up and released it to the wrong brick head!!! I'd sue their arses off for a new sled! What do you think would happen if a mechanic gave your truck to the wrong dude! Ugh that sucks

There was no security cameras where they could have caught the plate of the truck or trailer or a picture of the person? Although the truck was probably stolen too, but I'll keep an eye out.

Maybe somebody picked up the wrong sled, I'd be looking in the back to see if any other sleds in for repair are similar to yours. This could be one of those opportunity knocks type of situation. But i will also keep my eye out for ya.

Glad you found ur stuff but I think that ur dealership really needs to do something about how sleds in for service are released. Maybe the next guy won't be so lucky.

Should not be too hard. Just put a tag on the handlebars with customers name or invoice number on it.

No, just said sorry, not too much for being at the police station for 3 hrs and at one point being accused of a insurance scam
