Don't cut or peel the wrap on your helmet you will fk it up!! Just stick the go pro to the helm. My buddy has a go pro and just stuck it to the wrap on the outside and it works fine. He actually fell off his sled doing 130 km/hr last year and broke the arm mount but the sticky did not come off. I would just stick it directly on to the helm and u will be fine. I would definitely not cut the wrap on the helm I think that your just asking for trouble if you do that. As I could see the wrap peeling very easily after that

I had the 509 helmet. Was not all that impressed with it. Heavy ( I didn't have the carbon fiber ) goggles fit good. But the sinisters are not all that great. Fog up and are over priced IMO. I actually had mine to close to the stove pipe in the bolder cabin and melted the back of it.lol. So next trip I just used my dirt bike helmet and found it more comfortable and lighter. 509 stuff is over priced for what you get. Just my thoughts tho. Seems a lot of ppl like it.
