we introduced a new concept cooker can last season and unvield them at the edmonton and saskatoon shows with Backus raceing .was curious if any one had one and what they thought .we changed them in the later part of the season to accomidate a new cooker that has two cooking chambers and it comes with the can.

curious to hear some feed back

actually the picture doesnt show how deep the cooker pot is into the can . it touches on the complete top and bottom and all along the back side . these things get real real hot . you can burn your stuff if you try and cook like the other stles that just sit on top of the pipe .i will try and post a better pic for ya .
6 frozen sausage rolls in the top part are done in 10 minutes . un frozen it is just a few minutes of burning around . bottom tray we did a 1 1/2 thick steak in 20 minutes .
flow isnt restricted as we flowed and pressure set them to be identicle to the stock cans , access is a lot easier as well and the new polaris pretty much the only place one would work .

They work awesome! At the elevation we ride (4500-7000') and the pulls we take to get to the top, our cooking times have been greatly decreased. The last lunch (garlic shrimp for the appetizer and garlic/tarragon scallops for the main course) was 15 minutes. Everything was frozen when I started and that cooking time was a surprise!

For the first trial, the pot was in a little too long and as you can see the parchment paper got a little hot. I've got it down pat now and I'm thinking of buying another pot for the dessert portion of the meal!

the season is done now for the most part and the model types we were able to flow test and build for grew some on the cooker pot model can that we build .
the turbo cat got two versions , one for the stock to 16lbs boost and the 23lb boost model . both require due attention to cooking time , its short ,
stock models on the 2012 cat worked well
011 /2012 800 pros liked it
011 /012 etec 800 liked it and needs to have clutching watched ,i will send a sheet on them next season with ever can as they improve the sleds performance and clutching needs to be watched and we have a fool proof method of getting it there for you
regular carbed xp's all years of 800's
seems like the 800 class guys eat most
also made it work and fit on the rev chassi
thannks for the feed back this season and happy cooking

Ive got one on my 2012 pro and it cooks very fast. Dont forget leather gloves to remove the pot after cooking as it will melt anything else.

I put one on my 12 assault and used it all last year. The cooker works great, run for approx 4-6 mins and then turn the cooker around and go some more, seems to cook the best, but the mose amazing thing is the can, it is the only can that i have ever had to add weight to the clutch because of the extra power it makes. amazing product well worth the money.
