Bought a new set of KLIM Freeride pants this year & only got 1 ride in them.
Helped dig a guy out on Chappel this past weekend & when I went to get back on my sled noticed a 6-8" tear on the thigh of my new pants. Caught something on his sled getting him right side up.
Does anyone have a good contact to getting these repaired? Would like factory repair or very good seamtress to keep them waterproof & breathable.

Thanks, Mark

What you can do is contact KLIM usa and you will be able to ship them down to them and the ywill repair for you and you will keep your warranty. There Phone number is (208)552-7433. They are in rimby idaho. They are excellent to deal with, i had a guy that did similar to his pants last year and they just replaced the whole panel that was damaged and if i remeber right right they charged him between 70-100.00 Hope this helps you out.

Klim has been really good to me. I had a klim jacket that was 3 years old and the main zipper started to not work well at all anymore so i called them up for warranty work. I figured they'd put a new zipper in it as there warranty is the life of the garment. So i shipped the jacket down to them and then when i got it back it wasn't my old jacket they shipped me a brand new jacket still in bag with tags on it still.. I am impressed.

Thanks Glenn,
I tried dropping KLIM Canada an email but no response yet. The wife will be down in Edmonton next week so thought there maybe somewhere local to get it done. But if I need to send it South I will.

For that klim canada would just tell you to contact klim usa. So i'd just call down south put it in the mail and you should have it back in just a few weeks.

There is a place in south Calgary that is a certified in Gore-Tex repair. Itm is listed on the Klim or Gore-Tex website. Got my bibs fixed there in Jan, they did a good job.
