I have the Stealth and love it. Coming from RPM gear(skidoo), then MotorFist, this is by far the best riding jacket I have owned. So many vents and the stretch gortex material is awesome.

If takethebounce chimes in you will get an ear full about the Stealth. I looked at it a few years ago and just didn't like the feel of it. Rotax_kid has good reviews on the Stealth gear.

Damn right I will.

If its the original Steath and you actually ride a sled, one season and its toast. I have posted the pictures time and time again. People see what they want to see. The bibs just didn't hold up. The jacket was okay but you could actually see where the material wore where you pack rubbed, to me that is not acceptable for a premium top tier product.

The Second gen Stealth is improved, they added durability layers and improved the quality of it. I still haven't taken the tags off the second pair of Stealth bibs they replaced my first ones with. Maybe this will be the year as my FXR's are finally showing some age. But after 150+ rides I would expect it.

I also have a Valdez set, its an older set and its a superior product compared to the original Stealth. Comparing the old Valdez to the new Stealth, I would saw the Valdez is still a better product. I like the look of the new Klim Valdez products, I just can't bring myself to invest that much money into something they may not stand behind.

I've also been less then impressed with my stealth pants. Can't speak for the coat, as I run a powercross pull over. I love it, would recommend it in a heart beat.

But the Stealth pants were a huge disappointment durability wise. Not only that, they started leaking halfway through the second season. Klim won't warranty them, because of two small punctures on another area of the pants.

IMO, I wouldn't waste your money on them, especially for the price. I have an early Tobe onesie that has stood up WAYYYYY better, and was close to the same price.

I fought for months before they finally replaced mine under “customer satisfaction”. Not warranty. I had to go through several people. It was like they wanted to drag it out until you gave up.

Ha. Me give up. Not likely. Lol
