Just bought a new 2016 Summit 800 XP. Looking for a can for it, had MBRP on my old sled, which was good, but not the loudest. What do you recommend for a can on the 800 E-TEC? Was wanting to go with a "Thing Cooker" can, how do they sound on the E-TEC's?

hahah

Sounds like you want the rudest can on the market...

TSS non tunnel dump will give everyone a headache around you.
NPP megaphone blaster can will make everyones ear drums bleed.

If you want loud NPP or GGB mountain can.

Is this a new 800 etec can thread? We need a count on how many threads there is on that issue.

Hard to beat a warm meal on the hill. Muff pot works great but there is no room on a skidoo and the aftermarket pipes are all ceramic coated and don't release enough heat to the muff pot. Only option is the thing cooker can.

Lots of threads on this, but the answer still hasn't changed. GGB. If you want a screamer go for the the mountain can, if not the trail is great. Nice thing with either of them is they are not super loud at idle, which means you don't need to turn your sled off to chat with a buddy.

Quality is great, price vs US companies is a big factor as well. Got to support Canadian companies.

Jaws is also Canadian, no mass production, everyone is flow tested before they leave. Gregg is a great guy to deal with and stands behind his product. Heard great things about GGB as well.

I have the GGB mountain can. no complaints. Great loud sound when givener and good when just on the trail. The thing can looks interesting

Now of we could get Rknight and Summitric to quit showing off the ear bleeding loud wide open throttle every time we stop for a five minute break...life wound be good.

I run Bikeman can, has been great for 3 yrs minus the bolt on billet spacer. Terrible design if you ask me. Mating aluminum to steel never works out well with high vibration. Ended up tossing the spacer and fitting the temperature probe right in the can itself.
