This topic will nrvwr die. Stock supsnsion in a half ton is light for a deck and 2 mountain sleds. Yes you can add a air bag and have no issies otjer tjen the dick head DOT giys don't care about your air bags becaise they are not OE. On the other side of this the part that is kinda funny years ago i jad 2 different superduty's with 7.3 powerstruggle's compaired to my GF's new 5.0 f150 her truck had a higher town capacity, way way better brraks and can tow better the 7.3 powerstruggle power wise stock for stock. The 2016 is a much more capable and safe trick to have a deck on if it had air bags but the 7.3 is legal and the f150 isn't. Bottem line DOT doesn't care about aftermarket parts or reasoning but they do love to hassle sledders.

1/2 ton with 160 hp gas 6 cylinder is all you need.

Frank Higgins moved the first drilling rig too BC in 1939 with International that had 138 hp gas motors back in the day,,, much like the tuff F-150 that we have in todays age. Ha. "Less the thick steel frame and bias ply tires.

Yuppers,,, the mighty F-150 is the poor man's all unit as it packs everything you throw at it.

Back into a power pole with the tail-gate, snag a fence post along one side or both.
Nail a BC R
Rock head on with the front bumper, and follow a gravel truck on a gravel road for 400 miles too end up with a broken front window and rock chips over the front hood
LOL.

Why would a person even consider doing this too a 3/4 or 1 ton when a 1/2 ton is built for this stuff.

I sure hope Ski-Doo starts a pick-up truck division with the awesome 850.

One under the hood, and one in the box too get it home. Ha.

From F-150 Lem.

Well Lem, the first drilling rig in BC was set up in 1905 in what is now the Akamina-Kishinena Provincial Park in southeastern BC. It was hauled in over winter roads. They didn't say what they hauled it with. I also found this quote, "in the 1890's, the park became the site of one of the first oil drilling sites in Western Canada."

Just a little BC history for you to add to your extensive knowledge.
