To all users of the Mckale Road(Renshaw Trail)
Carrier Lumber has informed us that as of May 15 2008 this road will be closed to all vehicular traffic at km 0. It will stay closed until the end of July. If something should change in the next week I will post again.

Hmmm....so this means the end of the sledding season up on renshaw unless willing to venture up the back way....

Hey will this mean they will do some maintainance to the road? Those creeks are a pain in the fall.

Those are deactivation ditches and can't be filled in. There is a long story behind all of this which when I'm allowed to fill everybody in I will. Politics will not permit me to tell all at this time. In the end the trail will be in the right hands if all goes well.
