Starter drive cable

Just wondering if anyone has changed a starter drive cable in a 2008 Artic cat F6 lxr and if so is there any easy way of doing it without taking it to a shop?

The hard part is getting at the bolts that hold the bendix assembly to the motor behind the clutch. Undo the motor mounts on the clutch side and tip the motor as far forward as you can and block it there. You should be able to get the bolts out with quite a bit of swearing!
