long day
played till litke 4 went to load up noticed that one bearing was gone. stashed two sleds in the trees, headed to town to get the car trailer.
10k down the road johnny law stops us for doing ten over, buddy driving is informed his insurence expired FOUR months ago.
so the cop seeing that this is an honest mistake and we are having a bad day already, gives my friend 850 bucks in fines. so an hour later we get a ride to town get my truck and go start gathering all the truck, trailer and sleds. the rest of the night was good aside from the moose i came within inches of hitting. 1130 finally rooled in home.

A local shop did the bearings in september, and it doesn't have more then 300 k on it after that.

I presume you felt your buddy should not have been fined because "he was having a bad day"?

I bet he doesnt forget again.

nope he got what was fair, but the cop left us out of town and out of cell service. doesnt seem right to me when the cop had a full size suv and he was all alone. he did come back ten minuites later to ask if he could radio and have some one called. just a story about a bad afternoon. on the plus side 4 months of not paying insurence more then half covers the fine.

this has been the worst trailer i have ever seen. its a rainbow and all the electrical is done in scotch locks and both bearing failed after 500km when new, i think there was an issue with the axle, no wories now its getting a new one
