I have send off an e-mail to Silvio Gislimberti (Economic Development Coordinator) in Valemont to ask what the community is doing about this growing problem.
I will post an answer if I get one.

I did get a reply from lvio Gislimberti last night. It was a bit vague so I'm asking for more info on what they are doing.
I will update everyone as I get more information.
