Drag Racing...?

Does anyone here do any drag racing? I've raced once out at Alberta Beach on my old sled, 1975 Motoski 440. But My buddy & I kinda want to get more involved in it, between the two of us we have a large number of sleds. But don't know any of the race dates or locations, anyone have any information???

Drags

MY BUDDY AND I AND OUR KIDS DID A LOT OF GRASS AND SNOWDRAGS, BUT WE'VE KINDA TAPERED IT DOWN LATELY, DUE TO THE TIME FACTOR. THE WETASKIWIN SNOWDRAGS(ONE OF THE LARGEST IN WESTERN CANADA) WILL BE COMING UP IN JANUARY I BELEIEVE,, AND MY BUDDY SLEDBUNNYRACING SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU OUT WITH DATES AND INFO WHEN HE READS THIS. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHERS OUT THERE TOO, SO I WOULD FIND THE SNOWMOBILE CALENDER OF EVENTS(AT MOST DEALERS) AND CHECK OUT EACH CLUBS EVENTS. I BELIEVE COLDLAKE HAS A GOOD ONE STILL. GOOD LUCK, AND MAYBE WE'LL MEET ON THE TRACK ONE DAY??

My Buddy used to race our (Trailseekers) drag races, I unfortunately got stuck working them all, including the last one we did that was a muddy disaster. If he's better by the time the Wetaskiwin drags come up we may consider hitting them, otherwise it will probably just be Alberta Beach this year again.

According to this site, they are a go. The only reason they cancelled last year was due to an extreme lack of snow
